Travelling is one of an artist’s favourite hobbies, thanks also to his thirst for knowledge.
Combining however, the pleasure of a journey with the fresh, intense, creative work of a real reportage that is highly realistic, isn’t easy. It is thanks to his talent and the great expressive intuition which distinguishes him, that he has enriched his Photographic Archives with great Reportages.

“Marrakech” is one of many, carried out in this colourful Moroccan city, in November 2008, and during which Dino lays aside all his technical and formal parameters in order to express himself with a freshness of style, catching the essence of the content.

He deliberately uses the camera with extreme simplicity, in order to devote the maximum concentration to the characters inhabiting the “Kasbah”, to their expressions, to their worries, to their daily routines, without invading their privacy, enriching his account, thanks to their evident spontaneity.

Black and white with sepia tones create a more basic reportage, due to the lack of colour, rendering it similar to a genre of film, to which we are now accustomed, when we think of Morocco.
